Because the lessons are sent out by a computer, if you're missing them it has always been one of two issues. This page should absolutely sort out the techy drama for you. Thank you again. xx Issue 1.) Stopped receiving the emails. Here's why: They're triggered to go out the day after you open the last message, so if they stopped arriving it's because one was sent and not opened, so your automation is paused. Sometimes if you open the lesson when you're not connected to WiFi or have service, like, if you're on the train on your way to work or something, it won't register as "opened" and the automation will pause. Here's how you fix it. Search your All Mail filter for "Lesson" and "eviasher.com". Locate the most recent lesson that you have and open it! What this does is trigger the automation, so when you open the most recent lesson you got your email gets in the queue for the next one. It should be in your inbox within 24 -36 hours. If it's not there within that window, contact email@example.com and we'll get right on it. If it was more than a month ago that you got your last email, and your Trash empties in that time, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll sort you out.
Issue 2: Not receiving emails, and I'm at Lesson 100, 200 or 300 Here's why: My newsletter service doesn't allow for more than 100 emails in an automation...grr. So every 100 emails there is a link in the last email to resubscribe. If you don't do this, I can't get you on the new list. How to fix it: Go to your last lesson and hit the link in the letter itself to resubscribe. If your new lesson isn't in there, please check your junk. If it still isn't there, please contact email@example.com
